Cumberland Mountain Farm is located in a conservation easement. Wildlife has always been plentiful.

Recently there has been some extensive habitat enhancement to increase the wildlife density further. Pastures have been reseeded with native warm season grasses to enhance wildlife habitat.

Contract hunting & fishing can be arranged for private parties in season. (See hunting season dates)

Deer, turkey, quail, dove, waterfowl, rabbit, grouse, woodcock are all present in abundance. Day guide rates are available.

Two of our five ponds are stocked with large-mouth bass, catfish and crappie. Flyfishing is available nearby.
